Delete your account

You can delete your Questkeep account and everything stored with it at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Questkeep and tap the settings button on the Library.
  2. Choose Delete account and data and confirm.

Without the app

Email admin@runebyte.app from the address you linked (or include the sign-in method you used). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account and any linked sign-ins
  • Progress in every guide
  • Your preferences

Records of purchases needed for accounting are kept without any link to you. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
